Q: Can I cancel my membership any time?

A: Yes. We offer month to month memberships with no length in requirement. We do need a 30-day cancellation notice. Once a month is paid for, it is non-refundable.

Q: If I miss a session, can I make it up?

A: If you miss a session, we recommend you check out the “Daily Workout”. Because our sessions are built on the
class times/options you choose, you can just pick up where you left off at the next class.

Q: Can I try it out before I commit?

A: You are welcome to try a class and see what options are best for you. We can also get you set up for a
free consultation to meet in person to check out the facility together, as well as discuss your needs in
detail and find the best option for you.
